We will warmup with a combination of simple Pilates and Ballet exercises to improve our core strength, flexibility and coordination. Depending on the needs of the attendees, we will review belly dance technique and style before we transition into our belly dance flow. Our class focus is on wellness and community.
Combining the different schools of yoga, we will move gently and purposefully through our practice as we learn to connect with our personal breathing pace. Using our props, we will adjust each exercise to fit our body’s needs for that moment.
