I am a nurse who believes strongly in the mind, body connection and for optimum health and that our thoughts, emotions, attitudes, breath, posture and diet all play a part in our health. My classes are as gentle as you need as we all work at our own pace with no competition. All classes incorporate relaxation and meditation. I have explored alternative therapies for decadeshaving a diploma in shiatsu and incorporate learning from many sources. I am drawn to energy work which we also use in classes. We have fun and we are like a yoga family.
