Debbie Harrington is a Dublin based qualified Hatha Yoga Teacher who teaches Hatha Yoga in the local community and for Corporate clients. Debbie graduated from Yoga Therapy Ireland and holds a Yoga Teacher Training Diploma (500 hour program), internationally accredited by Yoga Alliance RYS500 Yoga School. Debbie also served on Yoga Therapy Ireland’s Board of Management at Marino College in Dublin to help shape the future of the organization. Debbie believes there are many health benefits to practicing Yoga – from centering the mind, to optimizing good health. Debbie teaches Mindful Movement, to support each student in moving safely toward accessing a feeling of spaciousness and ease.

Great Benefit and Worthwhile

Wonderful Yoga Teacher!!

I have been practicing Yoga for over 15 years and have been attending Debbie’s Yoga classes for the last 3 years.


Debbie’s classes are just wonderful, as is Debbie. She has an in-depth knowledge of the practice of Yoga and demonstrates this knowledge in a confident, positive and caring manner. She makes a great effort to get to know each person in the class and is hugely encouraging, and supportive to everyone regardless of what level of fitness they have. It is wonderful to see the progress, and increased flexibility of all the students as the week’s progress under Debbie’s guidance. She incorporates meditation and breathing practices into her class which are wonderful tools to have in today’s busy environment. We also have great fun!
I highly recommend Debbie and her classes to new and advanced yogis !

Debbie Guru of Yoga

Debbie is my true guru of Yoga practice. I have been attending her classes for 3 years. Debbie explains the benefits of the postures and demonstrates how to do them, is very patient and caring. A fountain of knowledge and an inspirational speaker for people of all ages and levels. The traditional greeting - Namaste - the highest point of my intellect salutes you from the deepest part of my heart! You go, Yoga Debbie!

Wonderful teacher & Uplifting experience

I started taking yoga classes with Debbie 2 years ago and never looked back . She is simply the most lovely, professional, patient and caring teacher. Students are made to feel at ease and comfortable through her pleasant personality and helpful guidance. I really look forward to Debbie’s classes for the special "me time" I get each week and I always feel so good afterwards!

A wonderful teacher...

Where do I start with this lovely lady…?! I’ve taken Debbie’s Yoga class on and off for the last 2 years and I’ve found that her teaching style is wonderful. Debbie incorporates balance, strength and calmness in her classes and she is extremely knowledgeable. She is so warm, inviting and welcoming to new comers and returners alike and sets the pace of her classes perfectly for those who are more advanced as well as looking after any new yogis.


Debbie also takes time to be aware of any suffering or injury’s her yogis might have and ensures that the poses and stretches she used in class are beneficial to aid relief and recovery if it is safe to do so.

From my own experience within the classes I’ve noticed my flexibly increase, my ability in the more advanced stretches grow in confidence and my overall mental well-being feel more balanced. Debbie has also taught me how with controlled breathing I can fully relax myself whenever I’ve trouble sleeping at night, which is hugely beneficial to me as a long suffering insomniac! I particularly like Debbie’s soothing voice as she ends her class with time for reflection and meditation. She really helps you to visualise all the chakras and it’s a hugely relaxing experience leaving you feeling like you’ve had some really well deserved YOU time after the end of the class.
