The room is heated to 95 degrees for this vigorous flow, which helps loosens up muscles and tendons and allowing deeper, longer more effective movements. The heat releases toxins and strengthens the immune systems as well as to quickly burn calories. Previous experience is recommended. Please hydrate prior to class.
