Yoga is a journey, not a destination

My yoga journey began 16 years ago when I stepped onto the mat after a back injury. I am a very high energy person and sitting quietly is not in my DNA. Yet as I moved into Savasana at the end of that first practice, my mind was quiet and I was totally present in that time and that place. I was hooked and I’ve been practicing regularly ever since.

Wanting to share the union of mind, body, and spirit that is yoga, I completed my teacher training at Total Body Yoga in 2009.

My passion is to assist students in staying strong and active at every age through the exploration of yoga and meditation. My classes focus on a safe, loving Vinyasa Flow practice that encourages students to work at their personal edge.

It is an honor to guide students on their journey to be more present and love life more deeply.

Come join me on the mat!
