I am a Kundalini yoga teacher as well as a writer performer.
I have taught at Kundalini Yoga East in New York City since it opened in 1990. I have taught children's yoga programs in after school Harlem Children's Zone and Greenwich School in the West Village.
It is transformative and uplifting and appropriate for all to live happy, healthy, holy lives.
