Debra is a 200 hour RYT and has a passion for Yoga and healthy living. She is a Black Belt in Taekwondo and is currently working towards her Black Belt in American Kickboxing. She is married with three daughters and is an assistant instructor for the kid’s martial arts classes where they train.
Debra fell in love with yoga over a decade ago and in 2013 decided to take her first step to become a teacher by completing an 8 Limb Vinyasa Flow Training that covered a variety of styles as well as the history and philosophy of Yoga. Understanding that this is a lifestyle choice and requires a lifetime of study, she has incorporated Yoga into her daily life.
Debra’s classes range from a dynamic vinyasa flow to gentle, restorative and yin styles. She enjoys the energy of a fun, challenging and creative flow but also understands and appreciates the therapeutic, centering, meditative quality that gentle classes offer and believes that it’s important to practice both. Each of her classes incorporate meditation and pranayama and are designed for all levels.
