I practice Astanga Yoga. As a teacher, I also explore and weave together asana to create alternative sequences to share in my classes. I practice restorative and yin yoga to compliment the dynamic yang nature of astanga vinyasa, or when having a 'rest day'.
I hold emphasis on the importance of a teacher student relationship, and therefore continue to train under world class teachers, who keep me inspired in my practice, and to develop an authentic teaching style.
