Through my teaching I integrate a variety of experience which draws from a broad array of traditional and contemporary Yoga practices. My classes are often Somatically inspired, combining my love for Hatha and Flow Yoga with the more experiential and therapeutic aspects of Somatic Movement Education.
I guide students to cultivate a balance between effort with ease, to get to know their bodies, and to move mindfully with the breath. We aim to balance strength with ease, flow with stillness and stability with flexibility. Through new movement patterns, I help students to release pain and experience more freedom and ease in their body and mind.
