Hello yogis! I have been practicing yoga since 2006. I've found that yoga has benefited me physically, mentally, and spiritually. I trained for my Hatha Yoga certification with Jeff Navarre and have been teaching at Surya Namaskar for 3 years.
I recently attended a Yoga Anatomy seminar with Leslie Kaminoff. Learning more about the breath and breathing during yoga.
My goal is to share my knowledge with others, so they to can receive the benefits of yoga.
