Denise Hitch, RYT is a certified Hatha yoga instructor and founder of Yoga Destiny, LLC. Her introduction to yoga began in 1998 in New York City. After practicing for many years, she became certified as a Hatha yoga instructor in 2008.
She teaches yoga to age levels ranging from young children, teens, adults and seniors in both group classes as well as private sessions. Denise also studied techniques, teaching methodology, and child development as part of the “Bright Yogis” children’s teacher training program.
In addition to being a graduate of Smith College in Northampton, MA, Denise has produced a guided relaxation audio. She is a published author of Bamboo the Cat: An Interactive Yoga Story for Kids.
Currently, she teaches and lives in New Jersey.
