So much and more

Denise uses her years of experience and dedication to yoga to allow every practitioner the opportunity to explore their boundless limits. Seeing her students' practices grow is a centerpiece to Denise. If you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi, Denise's classes offer the opportunity to play with a wide range of poses and transitions thanks to Denise deep knowledge of the physical and spiritual aspect of yoga. She personally has fostered my passive interest of yoga into an obsession.
