Hi, my name is Desiree Bove. I was introduced to yoga in my teens and the seed was planted. This seed blossomed in 2012 leading me to return to yoga with a deeper appreciation for the practice and completing my 200 hour RYT in 2015.
Yoga should be accessible for all bodies. My teaching style is supportive and encouraging. I bring authenticity, kindness, and compassion to each class. I encourage students to listen to their bodies, move mindfully, and to tune into their inner teacher by giving themselves permission to explore, feel, and adjust as necessary.
