We are all worthy of being cherished, honored and adored. Within each of us there is a divine spark. Yoga guides us back to this place. I believe through self acceptance, compassion, letting go, trust, faith, love, forgiveness and creativity we are able to return to our treasured truth. I intend to offer an experience which encourages renewal based upon expressive movement, self reflection, and relaxation. Gift yourself permission to cry, giggle, explore , and allow yourself to heal. My dharma is guiding people on their healing path through yoga and physical therapy.
