I fully believe that everyone’s yoga journey is a very personal experience, and while we may all have similar experiences, no one’s yoga journey is the same. This is your practice, your journey, and it is an honor, and a privilege, to act as a guide on your journey. When you attend a class with me, I strive to always show up for you, to create a space that is safe, accepting, and accessible for you to practice your yoga…and hopefully we will have some fun in the process! Guiding those on their journey is a passion of mine, and I consider it a great honor to be even a small part of your journey.
When you attend a class that I am leading, you may find essential oils, a mantra, a mudra, and/or an inspirational quote or some bit of yoga philosophy being incorporated. If it resonates with you, great! If not, that is ok too! All I ask is that you show up to class for yourself, with an open mind and an open heart.
