Diana Davies is a graduate of 200-hour Pranotthan Yoga Teacher Training at the Princeton Center for Yoga and Health with teachers Priti Robyn Ross and Jay Karlinski. In addition to her RYT training, she has completed workshops in Yin Yoga (with Paulie Zink and with Jessie Kates), Let Your Yoga Dance (with Megha Nancy Buttenheim), Mindful Yoga Therapy for Veterans (with Suzanne Manafort), and Prison Yoga (with James Fox).
Diana has taught studio classes in vinyasa flow, gentle yoga, and mixed hatha; she has also taught individualized senior yoga and yin yoga, as well as clinic-based chair yoga. As a volunteer, she has offered yoga classes to incarcerated men and women (with the Maryland Prison Yoga Project), and people in recovery from addictions. Diana’s classes are calming, yet quietly challenging. She is dedicated to offering a social justice-informed, inclusive practice across ages, genders, abilities, body types, and identities.
