Yoga weaved into my life almost 2 decades ago and it's become my discipline, my lifestyle and my work. It embraces everything that challenges us in life and teaches us to connect with self and community. My teaching style is dynamic and encompasses my broad range of experience. My goal is to help people realise their true potential by opening, strengthening and streamlining their bodies as well as taking care of the mind. Yoga is a vehicle and tool to help us realise what's really important, coming into acceptance of who we are and why we're here.
