I started to practice ashtanga vinyasa yoga in the year 2001. I fell in love with it right away. It inspired and started transforming me in such ways that I needed to understand it deeper. I studied my fisrt teacher training in 2002 searching for depth in my practice. In 2004 I began teaching and continued my exploration with a second teacher training in vinyasa yoga. I worked and studied in the Netherlands from 2002-2008 exploring different forms of yoga: Iyengar, Raja, Kundalini, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Meditation, yoga with babies, pilates and yin yoga. I moved back to my home town in Mexico with the dream to open a yoga school. Yoga is for me a way to connect with my inner self: body-mind-spirit and with the Spirit in all, bringing joy, wellbeing, strength, lightness, heart and meaning into my life. It is a joy to share this practice with others and to keep on learning!
