As a yoga teacher, I love helping my students reunite with their breath, their body, and themselves! Hatha Vinyasa yoga is what I teach along with pranayama breathing and meditation. Focusing on breathing and meditation enables people to go beyond the postures and move into a place of deep serenity, self appreciation, and relaxation. With regular practice, these skills can have a powerful impact. It brings me great joy to be a partner with my students in this transformative journey.
