Yoga is medicine for me, and hopefully for my students as well, more than it is a system of exercise or anything else. I teach with lots of individual modifications, and attention to alignment. I love to use props--and props are not for sissies! I don't teach fast-paced vinyasa--it's hard to stop and smell the roses when you are going fast.
In group and private classes with me, you will get individual instruction. Instead of trying to get you to fit the pose, we make the pose work for you. Yoga should heal, not hurt.
