Diane Barriere is a national yoga teacher instructing group classes, corporate yoga (team building, work injury prevention, wellness fairs), chair yoga, Partner Yoga, and Ohana Yoga.
She has been practicing yoga since 2000 and has been teaching since 2006. She is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and is a 200 hr CYT through American Power Yoga.
Diane is an occasional pose demonstrator on "Yoga for Life" on the Veria network and has released her own yoga DVD - "Balance".
She mixes Vinyasa and Iyengar styles into her teaching, paying special attention to technique and alignment while creating a gentle, yet challenging practice. She loves how anyone, of any age, of any body can practice yoga.
