Diane began yoga training in 1995 as part of her University Degree and has been practicing ever since. She received her official teacher training certificate in 2005 from the Iyengar Yoga Intensive and Teacher Training Course in Pune, India.
Diane Busuttil is a dancer, choreographer, video maker and actor. She began dance at an early age as a means to curb her hyperactive tendencies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance, majoring in dance film from the University of Western Sydney Australia. She worked in Australia for many years as a tap dancer and acrobat, and traveled Australia for one year with Circus Monoxide working and living on a double-decker bus. In 1997 she ran away from the circus to pursue the rest of the world. In 2000 she was awarded a scholarship from the DAAD (Germany Academic Exchange Service) and invited to study ‘Body’ at the International Women’s University in Hannover, Germany. Since 2012, she is the official ‘artist mentor’ for DAAD Australia.
