That was exactly what I needed :)

I was looking for some Yoga class to complete day full of dance and acrobatics. Diane realy understands what a clients/student needs. No matter what type of students she has. She was able to give us different variation on the same excercise as we had differertn levels of experience to yoga.!
I came out fresh, stretched and energized for the start of the day!
It was exactly what I needed!! :D

Dianes Yoga Class

Dianes class is excellent!!!! Integrating fluid body movements to make yoga poses connected in a rounded, smooth way. Clear instructions and plenty of physical assistance given by lovely Dianne to ensure each participant is aware of positions and breathing techniques to generate energy to flow into muscles, mind and heart! Very highly recommend this class to those who would prefer to dance with their yoga.
