I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and qualified in 2009 and also did an amazing immersion training with Jason Crandell. Completed Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation teacher training with Kelly Smith

I teach mostly Hatha yoga intermediate drop in classes at various local gyms and live online from my treatment room. I sometimes work with vinyasa flow. Lessons vary between gentle, intermediate and stronger asana depending on each group and how much experience they have.

I run yoga weekends in nearby North Wales and workshops in Wirral.

I teacb a monthly Restorative Yoga class on a Friday evening (first Fri of the month) where I will share the wonders of this amazing practice to help release pent up tensions of the week/month.

I'm a multi-disciplined complementary therapist and bring some of this world into my yoga practice,
particularly Flowers and Essential oils for meditations or visualisations.

Enjoyable for all abilities

Having not been to yoga for years I was worried about how I would find it. No need to worry, my daughter (a first timer) and myself loved the session and can't wait to go back. Diane put us at ease quickly and made us very welcome. Thank you :)

A balanced approach

Whilst Diane delivers a similarly structured yoga class each week, enabling practitioners to build on their personal issues, she still manages to introduce new and challenging postures to develop you further. Very enjoyable and definitely recommend to any new comer or experience yogi alike.
