I love many types of yoga, but Kundalini is my favorite, because it’s kriyas combine pranayama, mantra, mudras, and unusual postures to move energy and guide students towards their highest human potential. I’m constantly upgrading my knowledge of this practice and am on the very long path towards becoming a trainer of Kundalini teachers. In the meantime I teach weekly and bring my gong to most Kundalini classes for relaxation.
