As a Registered Psychotherapist, I am continuously inspired by the healing properties of yoga. I believe that the practice of yoga cultivates presence, authenticity and non-judgment of the self and of others. I value my personal practice as essential to my own healthy living, preserving my capacity to continue to help others.
I offer yoga-informed psychotherapy sessions, blending traditional talk therapy with therapeutic yoga practices to facilitate mind-body connection and to promote healing and wholeness. I also offer a 10-week series, Yoga for Wholeheartedness, that incorporates yoga asana, basic theory and mindfulness with Brené Brown’s groundbreaking work on courage, compassion, connection and being enough.
