I first started working in the fitness industry about 25 years ago.
Over the years I have gradually moved towards a more balanced approach to health and fitness, embracing Yoga and its amazing benefits for mind, body and soul.
My yoga style is Hatha, which is both relaxing and challenging.
My class sizes are small (maximum of 15) to enable me to offer a personal level of teaching. My classes are also suitable for mums-to-be and new-mums.
