What the face of yoga needs to be!

I saw your picture in this months Yoga Journal and it caught my attention because I had come across your name when I was "playing" with Yoga Trail. You are beautiful and joyous in your practice!. I too am not the typical yoga teacher. I considered myself the "fat" yoga teacher. I was too intimidated to join our local teachers group for a while because I didn't feel that I was good enough. That has all changed, I have a very devoted group of students that appreciate what I have to offer. I hope that we all can work to change the face of yoga. I'll be 58 next month, I'm not thin, but I try to share my love of yoga with others. Namaste, Dianne Nonnenmacher Lambertville, MI

thank you!

Dianne love your name :) Thank you for the beautiful message. You made my day! Thank you for being a trail blazer and sharing your gift. We need teachers like you and me to normalize the images of bigger, more mature bodies on the mat. Keep sharing your light. we are all in this together after all!
