Dina Priymak was born in Tajikistan. Since she was a child she tried many different types of sports (gymnastic at age 4; springboard and platform diving when she was 6 years old; biathlon at age 11, when she moved with her parents to the central part of Russia) until she finally discovered Hatha Yoga at age 12 and started to be interested in the Oriental Philosophy.
Dina began to practice Yantra Yoga when she met her Master, Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, in 2002. Since then, she found what she had been looking for. Thanks to various courses and Teacher Trainings held by the Senior Teachers of Yantra Yoga, Fabio Andrico and Laura Evangelisti, she became I Level instructor of Yantra Yoga in 2010. She had a chance to collaborate for the video projects "The Tibetan Yoga of Movement: Level I and Level II" and for the DVD "The 108 Movements of Vairochana's Yantra Yoga" released by the Shang Shung Publications in 2011.
In 2017, Dina was supervised for the II Level of Yantra Yoga and was also authorised to teach Kumar Kumari, the Yantra Yoga for boys and girls.
In May 2018 she was also supervised by Fabio Andrico to teach Harmonious Breathing.
She is also a translator, interpreter and study oriental languages (Tibetan, Chinese). Dina is married and lives in Italy, near Merigar West, one of the main seats of the International Dzogchen Community where she continues to learn and to deepen her knowledge of Yoga and to growing together with a group of people, leading Yantra Yoga, Kumar Kumari for children, Yoga in a chair and Gentle Yoga for Pregnant in Merigar West.
