I have been in the fitness industry for 15 years. I'm trained in Balanced Body Pilates. I started practicing Bikram yoga 8 years ago. I decided I wanted to be a yoga teacher. I did my first 200 hour training in vinyasa yoga in 2012. Since doing that training I have studied and completed Level 1 and 2 in Baptiste yoga. I love flow but wanted to dive deeper into other styles I studied yin yoga and began working more deeply with block therapy and breath work. I'm now a 500 hour RYT. I'm in the process of completing my aerial training! I think that yoga should be for everyone. I work with women in recovery to help them regain their confidence. Yoga will change your life!
