Currently working as a Sports Lecturer but I have a passion for yoga. I have been delivering mind and body classes for over ten years in community settings both a fused class yoga/pilates fusion and a pure pilates course. With a strong grounding in Anatomy and Physiology previously having worked as a Bio-medical Scientist. I deliver a moderate paced flowing class linking the asanas to breath work. My style best suits beginners to intermediate yogis giving several teaching points with a concentration on alignment.
