I was first introduced to yoga when I was only seven years old, and began taking my practice more seriously 20 years ago while living and working in New York City. I quickly discovered yoga to be a great way to maintain health, harmony and direction in my busy life. Today, I enjoy sharing her love of yoga with people of all ages and walks of life, and especially enjoy teaching children. In addition to my extensive credentials, I have over 1,000 hours of teaching experience and also hold a in Biology from the University of Delaware and have all necessary background clearances to work with your child and in schools.
