I am a cognitive neuroscientist, meditator, yogi, dancer and masseur with a penchant for teaching. I enjoy integrating these different facets of my life into everything I teach, connecting Western and Eastern approaches to wellness.
I teach yoga at several studios in Oakland, CA, as well as in my home studio. I offer classes in mindfulness meditation, and courses that integrate mindfulness and psychology to deal with anxiety, depression and other issues. I love to dance, and enjoy teaching ballroom dance to groups, as well as to new couples preparing for their first dance for their weddings.
