Sharing yoga with others is my passion. Balance the body, Soothe the soul and Lighten the spirit is my mantra. I think we all need to be present to find more peace within.
I try to tailor my classes and lesson to fit the need of my students. In the studio I teach Beginner and Intermediate, Yin Yoga, Youth Yoga, and Special Needs. I am now working with a school for Autism.
Out of the studio I teach Chair Yoga, a wonderful way to experience yoga. It is excellent for seniors, restrictions, but fun for all.
Also out of the studio, I am currently teaching beginning yoga as a physical education requirement at Widener University
