My yoga practice has been a long, slow, unwindin and still continues. Muscles, ligaments, spine, ideas, beliefs and emotions, have evolved into a more open, balanced, stronger human being. Teaching these past eight years has transformed me - has helped me to cultivate compassion and humor, to let go more easily, to grow.
I may not be able do a fancy yoga pose, my attention to details has allowed me to work alongside Physical Therapist and other professionals not just in the medical but Health and Well colleagues.
My teaching style may be dynamic, flowing from pose to pose to meticulously restoring and rejuvenating and restorative practice.
