I completed my 200 Vinyasa Teacher Training with Master Teacher & Author, Rolf Gates, in 2014. I trained in the Iyengar yoga tradition for 6 years, and have been practicing yoga for 18 years. I teach a flowing yoga class, both All-levels and Power Vinyasa - always offering students options for modifying or challenging their poses. My classes are flowing, fun, & varied - with a mix of great music! I love to welcome new students and help others find strength, calm and beauty in their practice. I teach at Revolution Community Yoga (Acton), New England Yoga (Littleton) and Buddha Nest Yoga (Groton).
