I have been finding the joy in yoga practice for 10 years, training with Moksha Yoga International as a teacher in Brazil in 2011. Finding a deep union with breath through her practice, she hopes to make all aware of this loving and powerful relationship of body movement to breath. This gives space and stillness, where one can find love and self-acceptance, and soon make the changes to share love to all in our lives.
I have the pleasure to teach yoga classes at several studios in Trinidad. She uses these breathing techniques prepare expectant mothers in prenatal yoga classes, and also as a certified Doula, to assist mothers with labour at birth and post-partum.
