I started practicing yoga in 2010, as a form of rehabilitation after a critical illness.

From that beginners’ class, I found that the clear, mindful asana instruction improved my memory, spatial relations, focus, and sense of connectedness with my mind and body. On a greater scale, the daily practice showed me the value of acting deliberately.

Yoga was the key to my recovery and transformation, and now I live my life with a greater sense of purpose and intention.

Eventually my expanding yoga path led me to Goa, India where I trained with The Yoga People. The course taught me Techniques, Practice, Teaching Methodology, Anatomy & Physiology, Yoga Phylosophy, Lifestyle and Ethics in the discipline of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket yoga.

I now teach a mix of private classes, group classes and office sessions across London, Spain and Italy, spreading and sharing my passion for this ancient art that completely changed my life.

I specialise in Naked Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket and Yin Yoga.

If you live abroad, no problem, I teach SKYPE SESSIONS all around the world, so, get in touch!!

See you on the mat!

Simply the best!

From the first 'hello' Doria makes you feel welcome and at ease. My first session was challenging but extremely rewarding. I knew instantly that this was the place I was meant to be.

Having been several more weeks now, I can honestly say each one has been progressively more enjoyable, with better outcomes. Each time, I leave feeling more relaxed, more energised, more aligned (inside and out), more accomplished, more everything that is positive.

On some poses or stretches, she provides different options, so you can choose which one is most comfortable for your own level at that time. Choose option 1 if you feel a bit unsure, or challenge yourself with 2 or 3 (or sometimes 4!). She really leaves it to you, but with that encouraging look that says "I know you can do more!"

And it really is down to the amazing Doria! She always manages to put a smile on my face! I love this lady!

I began my journey into yoga simply wanting to be more flexible, but I have learned so much more and benefited in multiple ways.

Doria, for your part in this, thank you!

I just love her

I'm one of the Doria's Instagram and Facebook followers and I had the pleasure to meet her during one of her trips here in Bali. As Doria had only 3 days left in Bali we only had a couple of sessions. She is passionate, funny, and friendly. Her love for yoga really come through in her classes and her teaching style is clear, strong as motivating. I use to spend 6 months in Bali and 6 in London, so, I will definitely contact her again in September once back in UK. Thanks Doria, keep doing what you love.

Moving meditation

Doria is my favourite yoga teacher. Her classes are fun and challenging. She'll take you to a level where you'll push yourself to achieve some pretty awesome things. I'm a football-playing completely unflexible bloke but I never feel left out by Doria's classes. Quite the opposite, they have really contributed to my stamina and strength. Finally, as Doria says, Yoga is moving meditation. And her classes are great at focusing your mind for better meditation :)
