Dru Yoga integrates energy-flow-movements into every yoga sequence and yoga pose, balancing and revitalising your body and mind. Each Dru Yoga class finishes with a 15min deep relaxation, so you will leave relaxed and balanced.
The Friday 6pm Dru Yoga class is suitable for Beginners, new to Yoga or new to movement, and everyone who likes to leave their stress on a yoga mat and start their weekend with more Balance and Vitality.
