I love yoga! It is a fabulous, wholistic method of personal development and self care. So I teach it, practice it or evangelize about it every day! My favorite 'kinds' of yoga are Yin and Restorative. I am certified by Judith Lasater, to teach Relax and Renew® yoga. I blend yoga, meditation and pranayama into my psychology practice to help people create optimal physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
