Durga Leela

Durga Leela, Founder of Yoga of Recovery, is one of the best teachers I have come across. Her program is, in my opinion, the best that is offered in the holistic approach to healing from any type of addiction. Her program gets to the core - the root cause. I highly recommend her to everyone as what she teaches is for each one of us.

Genuine, experienced teaching from the heart.

Durga has turned up in my life strongly on two occasions in two different countries to impart her teaching in different ways, once on a more structured course: ayurveda and yoga and once on an ayurveda retreat. She is very present but does not push taking her student from where he or she is at the time. Thank you Durga.
