ERYT-500, YACEP, LMT, Coach, Ordained. Where do we start to tell a little about ourselves when it's something we Love, that we do not do as a job, it's a way of life, a way of being. What I do know is that it's altered me & at the same time I found myself.
Over the years our experiences bring us to a place that what I once judged another for being aloof, now I am that person who I know call one of my Guru's.
I Love Wall Yoga, Yin and Yoga that get's rid of a persons pain. Personal, emotional, physical and even the pain of our own distorted thoughts. That is my goal, "My Job is to Love You". As we learn that for self & others.
