I have been a personal trainer, group exercise instructor and cycle instructor for 10 years. I began teaching yoga 3 years ago after attending a Bikram Yoga class that inspired me. Bikram (hot) yoga is still my favorite form of yoga to practice, however I teach Gentle, Hatha, chair and restorative yoga to all levels but with emphasis on seniors.
