The most experience I've found..

... Ed has been teaching 20 years. He previously was a certified personal trainer of 10 years managing clubs in New York City among other places. This greatly enhances his overall depth of knowledge of the mechanics and anatomy of the human body. He has helped me a great deal with my physical issues an complaints. Because I had breast cancer I was injured by the surgery and this has left my right arm weak and lacking full range of motion and strength.

It has caused the alignment to be off with my whole body causing degenerative neck disease and sciatica. He has been able to address these issues and I have improved dramatically since going to his classes. My overall strength and endurance has improved as well. I tried other classes and different types of yoga but the teachers didn't understand my issues and I came away aggravating my pain issues instead of healing and improving them. He teaches Iyengar yoga which is therapeutic.
