Eileen is a RYT500 Advanced Yoga Instructor, and Certified Personal Trainer, with a Therapeutic Yoga, Power Vinyasa, Mindful Meditation background. She specializes in body awareness, mindfulness, functional movement, and helping others achieve personal wellness goals using fitness training, corrective exercise techniques, Yoga, and mindfulness. She is passionate about Mental Health and Body Image Issues.
She is on her way to become a Certified Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She is currently enrolled in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher Training, to help others learn to use mindfulness to decrease stress and chronic pain.
Eileen has further training in Yoga Therapy for Mental Health, Chair Yoga, SUP Yoga, Thai Massage, Personal Training, and is CPR certified.
