Introduced by way of Sivananda Style yoga in the mid-1980's, I immediately connected with the practices and philosophy of yoga. Yoga nidra held me in good stead through the years and has benefited many friends of mine during times of upheaval. Studying Authentic yoga with Neel Kulkarni, founder of Adhiyoga, broadened and deepened my practice and knowledge of classical Indian yoga and philosophies. Certified by Neel Kulkarni. Later, my studies took me to Master Paulie Zink, founder of Yin Yoga, where Taoist Yoga, ancient Chinese philosophy, and healing systems provide the basis for his style. My studies continue with Master Paulie Zink and have been certified 1000+ hour Level II YYYT by him.

Yoga is an individual practice to be practiced according to your own individual goals and it is also an art be true to your own spirit!

Eileen"s teaching is a combination of skill, knowledge and creativity. Her true love of yoga in it's entirety, and her sense of humor, are what her students benefit from most. A master at being herself lets the yoga transcend from that. She is a gem in the art of yoga.

Eileen is awesome

Eileen is a great yoga teacher. Unlike alot of yoga folks, I view her as a yoga teacher, not a fitness instructor. Eileen straddles the line between a physical and spiritual approach nicely. She pushes gently but never forces or makes anyone feel lesser because they can't do a pose as deeply as a more experienced or flexible person.
