Born and raised in Mumbai, India, I was introduced to yoga at the age of 8. Been very fortunate to have studied various Yoga disciplines. Practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga and I hold a bachelors degree in Yogic Science. Received teachers training certification from Yoga Institute (Mumbai), Sivananda school of Yoga (Kerala), Vivekananda Yoga (Bangalore) and Art of Living Yoga (Bangalore). Teaching yoga since 2007, Ekta has traveled across India, inspiring many.
