I have been a student of Yoga for over 30 years and a Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher sine 1998. I have also taught Yoga Teacher Training in Massachusetts and specialize in tailoring classes to fit the individual needs of my student, whether they are just beginners or experienced. Classes focus on mindfulness and breathing awareness to stay present in each moment. Students are encouraged to honor limitations and practice the postures with compassion. I never teach the postures as rigid forms, but as an environment for self-discovery!
