Hi, I'm Elana Rose. I was born in Tasmania. As a child my mother introduced me to yoga.
After having my children I decided to combine my love of teaching and love of yoga.
I completed my 240 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in London in 2007.
I have also completed Pregnancy Yoga Training and Children's Yoga Training.
I taught yoga in London until moving back to Australia in 2008.

I started teaching in Australia in October 2009 after having my third child.
From 2012 to 2015 I taught yoga in Michigan, USA.
Returning to Tasmania with my family in September 2015.
I teach a gentle hatha sytle with influences from:
- Iyengar; Satyananda; Pilates; Tai Chi; Ashtanga Vinyasa; ChiBall; my Yoganuts childrens class and my Pregnancy Yoga Training. My classes change every week.
I love teaching and feel very blessed that I am able to balance teaching with my family commitments.
