My name is Elena, I´m a fully qualified and insured Yoga and Pilates teacher (Level 3, member of REPs), and I bring the practice of Yoga and Pilates to the comfort of your own home, with sessions tailored to your needs and physical condition.

I deliver private 121, small-group and corporate Yoga and Pilates classes within travel zones 1 and 2 in London, Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm depending on availability. Sessions are adapted to the participants´ abilities and needs, so, whether you are an experienced practitioner or just a newbie, you will find the motivation and attention you require.

I offer:

Yoga (hatha flow and kundalini): the word “yoga” itself means “Union”, and that is union of body, mind and soul. Yoga is a practice that combines pysical activity (asanas and other exercises), pranayama (breathing control), mudras (gesture with hands and fingers), mantras (sounds), relaxation and meditation. But yoga is also, and mainly, a process. Eventhough you will be able to notice some results pretty soon in time, the bigger and deeper changes will begin to take place only if you are constant and true to yourself.

Mat Pilates: a complete exercise method developed by its founder, Joseph Pilates, over the course of a lifetime dedicated to improving physical and mental health. Pilates works the whole body through a range of mat based exercises, re-balancing muscle use throughout the entire musculoskeletal system. The exercises build the body's core strength and improve posture through a series of low repetition, low impact stretching and conditioning exercises, which develop muscles without adding bulk.

Both disciplines are designed for people who have daily responsibilities and activities both at home and away. I can help you become more effective, natural and healthy, no matter what you do. And the best part is that both Yoga and Pilates can be practised by anyone, regardless of their physical condition (except for severe mobility limitations). You do not need to be very flexible or strong, as these are conditions that can be gained with regular practice.
